1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales of customised physical products made by Seigneurens Studio, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Compiègne under number 895 297 398, with its registered office located at:

By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.
2. Products
Seigneurens Studio exclusively sells limited-edition physical garments, produced in strictly limited quantities.
Each item is individually hand-numbered, with a unique edition number (for example: 1/72, 2/72, etc.).
This hand numbering makes each product unique and personalised.
Products are made to order and manually numbered after the order has been confirmed.
Product images, descriptions, sizing and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur between items, particularly due to:
the handwritten numbering,
manufacturing constraints,
differences in colour rendering depending on screen displays.
The customer expressly acknowledges that the handwritten numbering constitutes a form of customisation, within the meaning of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and therefore excludes the right of withdrawal.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Seigneurens Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before the final confirmation of the order.
4. Orders
The customer selects the product and any available customisation options before validating the order.
Order confirmation constitutes:
acceptance of the prices,
acceptance of the product characteristics,
express acceptance of these Terms,
acknowledgement of the customised and non-returnable nature of the product.
Seigneurens Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Payments are processed online via Stripe, by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
No product will be manufactured or shipped until full payment has been received.
6. Manufacturing and Delivery
Manufacturing
As the products are customised and made to order, a manufacturing period is required.
An estimated production timeframe is provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only. Seigneurens Studio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal – No Returns
In accordance with Article L221-28 (3) of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
“made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.”
As the products sold by Seigneurens Studio are:
personalised,
made to order,
produced in limited editions,
👉 no returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in the event of a proven defect covered by statutory warranties.
By confirming the order, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
8. Statutory Warranties
The customer benefits from the following statutory warranties:
the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code),
the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
These warranties apply only in the case of defects unrelated to the customisation or improper use of the product.

9. Liability
Seigneurens Studio shall not be held liable for:
improper use of the product,
normal wear and tear,
damage resulting from inappropriate care or maintenance,
minor variations inherent to artisanal or semi-industrial production.
In all cases, Seigneurens Studio’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order.

11. Mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer may have recourse to a consumer mediator.
At present, no mediator has been appointed.
The customer is invited to contact Seigneurens Studio first in order to seek an amicable solution.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Compiègne, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
13. Insurance
Seigneurens Studio does not currently hold a specific professional liability insurance for the activity carried out.
